Energy Bill Relief for Low Income Households

Congress has authorized funding to help low-income households pay their energy bills, especially those hit hardest by the pandemic.

As temperatures drop and heating bills rise, Spectrum Community Services, a non-profit organization, wants residents of Alameda County, CA, to know they may be eligible for home energy financial assistance. While Spectrum Community Services serves the San Francisco Bay Area's most densely populated county, the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is national.
